Role Overview<\/h4>\n

We are looking for an experienced Technical Documentation Specialist<\/strong> to own and drive
\nend-to-end product documentation<\/strong> across both
\nsoftware and hardware components<\/strong> of our platform.<\/p>\n

This role sits within the Product team<\/strong> and works closely with engineers, system analysts,
\nproduct managers, and business stakeholders to create
\nhigh-quality, user-focused documentation<\/strong> that supports product adoption,
\ntraining, and long-term maintainability.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Own and maintain user manuals, installation guides, configuration guides, and training materials<\/strong> for both hardware and software products<\/li>\n
  • Develop clear, well-structured documentation for:\n
      \n
    • IoT hardware and firmware<\/li>\n
    • Web and mobile applications<\/li>\n
    • Cloud services and APIs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gain deep functional understanding of the platform<\/li>\n
    • Create well-illustrated, easy-to-consume documentation<\/strong> with a strong quality-first mindset<\/li>\n
    • Ensure documentation stays current in a fast-moving, agile product environment<\/li>\n
    • Support internal training, onboarding, and customer enablement initiatives<\/li>\n
    • Champion efficient documentation processes aligned with Agile and DevOps practices<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Mentor contributors and promote best practices in technical documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Technology Stack (Exposure Required)<\/h4>\n

      The role requires working knowledge and comfort with modern, cloud-native systems, including:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • IoT hardware & firmware<\/li>\n
      • Web UI (Angular)<\/li>\n
      • Backend services (Node.js, Java)<\/li>\n
      • Cloud platforms (Azure)<\/li>\n
      • Databases: Azure Cosmos DB, InfluxDB (time-series data)<\/li>\n
      • Machine Learning & Data Analytics pipelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n


        \nNote: Deep coding expertise is not mandatory, but the ability to understand and document complex systems is essential.
