JD –

• Have experience in developing production level Gen AI solutions by utilizing Azure OpenAI Google services Familiar with prompt engineering retrieval augmented generation and finetuning of opensource LLMs
• Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to build production level models and pipelines including any required preprocessing of input datasets and postprocessing after model inference.
• Develop and Deploy advanced Generative AI large language models Azure OpenAI Google Machine Learning and Deep Learning Models algorithms to enhance and or automate existing business processes with predictive and intelligent decision-making content aggregation and contextualized insights.
• Processing cleansing and verifying the integrity of structured and unstructured business data used for analysis.
• Analyse large amount of information to discover underlying trends and patterns that are relevant for solving business problems Select features and perform proper data transformation to optimize datasets for building the models.
• Evaluate visualize and communicate the AIML model results and correlation with business KPIs.
• Continuously optimize the existing AIML operations and help build effective model performance monitoring and improvement framework to proactively identify problems issues before business impact.

Data Scientist

• More than 5 years of experience in Data Science and AI / ML domain
• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as GPTs, CNN, RNN, k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)
• Experience in Cloud native skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java or C++ is an asset
• Analytical mind and business acumen and Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
• Experience with common data science toolkits, such as TensorFlow, KERAs, PyTorch, PANDAs, Microsoft CNTK, NumPy etc. Deep expertise in at least one of these is highly desirable.
• Experience with NLP, NLG and Large Language Models like – BERT, LLaMa, LaMDA, GPT, BLOOM, PaLM, DALL-E, etc.
• Great communication and presentation skills. Should have experience in working in a fast-paced team culture.
• Experience with AIML and Big Data technologies like – AWS SageMaker, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Colab, Jupyter Notebook, Hadoop, PySpark, HIVE, AWS EMR etc.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Vector databases
