
Technical Documentation Specialist (Product Team)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Documentation Specialist to own and drive
end-to-end product documentation across both
software and hardware components of our platform.
This role sits within the Product team and works closely with engineers, system analysts,
product managers, and business stakeholders to create
high-quality, user-focused documentation that supports product adoption,
training, and long-term maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain user manuals, installation guides, configuration guides, and training materials for both hardware and software products
- Develop clear, well-structured documentation for:
- IoT hardware and firmware
- Web and mobile applications
- Cloud services and APIs
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gain deep functional understanding of the platform
- Create well-illustrated, easy-to-consume documentation with a strong quality-first mindset
- Ensure documentation stays current in a fast-moving, agile product environment
- Support internal training, onboarding, and customer enablement initiatives
- Champion efficient documentation processes aligned with Agile and DevOps practices
- Mentor contributors and promote best practices in technical documentation
Technology Stack (Exposure Required)
The role requires working knowledge and comfort with modern, cloud-native systems, including:
- IoT hardware & firmware
- Web UI (Angular)
- Backend services (Node.js, Java)
- Cloud platforms (Azure)
- Databases: Azure Cosmos DB, InfluxDB (time-series data)
- Machine Learning & Data Analytics pipelines
Note: Deep coding expertise is not mandatory, but the ability to understand and document complex systems is essential.

- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content
- Experience documenting both hardware and software products

- Strong attention to detail, structure, and consistency
- Excellent written communication skills in English
